Carlos has more than 20 years of international working experience in the areas of general management, strategy, marketing, sales, business development and corporate finance within a range of industries including media, internet, telecoms and FMCG. He started his career in marketing within the FMCG industry. Later, as management consultant for Arthur D. Little, he worked on Corporate Finance, Strategy and Organization projects in Europe. After joining an internet start-up and selling it to the second largest telecom group in Spain, he became Marketing Director for its Internet division (eresMas – now Orange) and later assumed the leadership for the areas of Strategic Planning and Business Development for USA and Latam. Within Dentsu Aegis Network, Carlos has had several roles including: worldwide Managing Director at Magic Touch (now MKTG Live), Managing Director at Posterscope Spain, CEO at Carat Spain and CEO Posterscope Iberia. Carlos also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
