To promote the new UltraBoost X, Posterscope Poland created a unique in-store promotion. Using Microsoft HoloLens technology (mixed-reality glasses that enables the wearer to engage with digital content and interact with holograms in the surrounding world) Posterscope created a customised installation that provided a short training session with the popular Polish fitness trainer Ewa Chodakowska. Upon ‘entering’ the treadmill, the participants were all given a pair of UltraBoost X shoes to wear and, via the HoloLens were given directions from the instructor, Ewa.
Through mapping the store’s interior, Posterscope placed key interactive materials which conveyed product details. Whilst during the training session the HoloLens also showed the latest adidas campaigns.
At the end of the session the participants also had the opportunity to enter a competition to win a pair of UltraBoost X shoes.
